Technical changes in production application: in traditional nitriding process, nitrogen potential is indirectly controlled ammonia decomposition rate in the furnace, through the measurement of ammonia decomposition rate to adjust the amount of ammonia into the furnace. Using huamingzhi hydrogen probe built-in multi-element atmosphere compensation channel, 4-20mA or RS485 mode input can be selected, direct nitrogen potential control, compared with the traditional calculation of the numerical model, installed in the furnace near the outlet, direct contact with the measured atmosphere, gas composition will not produce deviation, thus avoiding leakage and condensation problems.
